Grayson Real Estate is Hiring a Real Estate Assistant Near Phoenix, AZ
Our construction and real estate firm is looking to add to our growing team. We are a small, fast-paced, growing company that currently manages 90 rental units, is developing over 100 multi-family units, investing in multi-family properties, conducting real estate sales, and renovating properties as well. Office duties shall include but will not be limited to bookkeeping, creating budgets, updating owners of profits on jobs, working with construction vendors, answering phone calls, and working with City officials. Pay is determined based on experience. A love for all things real estate is preferred. Spanish speaking preferred as well as Quickbooks/Sage and Excel proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
